Another product of the concealed corruption that’s taking over the H3-DES District, in the bleak times of the city, a group is formed in an act of rebellion against the authoritarian state, The O.W.R. (The Order Without Rulers).
They choose not to accept the new rule of law, condemnation of common rights, they revolt and stand against systems of oppression that the recent Mayor, Kuraihi, has imposed on H3-DES. Hailing from different paths, they intersect after the fallout of the ZERO HOUR EVENT, which rocked the district in a devastating outbreak of the DARK CODE; a deadly techno virus infecting the mind in unpredictable ways, affecting approximately 15% of the city’s population. 3 Years after the incident, as they slowly band together, finding each other through the shifting times, they establish their bonds and resolve, working towards the takedown of Kuraihi.
ROXANNE LA FURIE

Ever since the catastrophic hit to H3-DES district, Rox spent 3 years of her life working at regaining her footing with everything that has transpired and moving forward with her life. Having lost her partner, Zhen and friend, Theo after their confrontation with Kuraihi, she had to navigate things without her team. Having experienced the DARK CODE VIRUS, she has worked as a social worker helping other victims in the city work through their trauma. She carries on with her life, despite knowing the corruption that runs her city.
But upon recent spikes in crime activity in the city, she is contacted by Onyx, and brought on board to join the OWR, and given the chance at fighting Kuraihi once again, and avenging the victims of the corrupt establishment and make sure his operations and schemes don’t hurt anyone ever again.
The weapons expert, being multifaceted with different forms of arms and tech, she can utilize much to her disposal when fighting against any opponent. Extremely resourceful.//
ONYX
//Former 3rd in command in Kuraihi's family. Onyx has always longed for belonging, and works on self redemption. Often operating closely with Rox. Strong, stoic, resilient, and paired with a blunt sense of humour.//
LISOLETTE
//A straight shooter, and absolute powerhouse. A combination of furious hand-to-hand combat with advanced tech, makes her a formidable fighter and not one to be trifled with.//
THE CATALYST
//Charming, elegant, and unpredictable. Regal in her stride, and moving with a calculating presence, she is an embodiment of controlled chaos. Morally ambiguous, but a quintessential component to the OWR.//
